Judge gives Estée Lauder green light to expand counterfeit lawsuit against Walmart

Last February, Estée Lauder (EL [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/EL]) filed a lawsuit against Walmart (WMT [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/WMT]) for facilitating the sale of counterfeit versions of its licensed products by its namesake banner, La Mer, Le Labo, Clinique, Aveda, and Tom Ford.
