Data center computers ©Adobe Stock Images Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) said it is working with Australian companies to develop approximately 2 gigawatts of data centre computing capacity in the country by 2027 as demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure increases. The planned capacity would more than double Australia's current computing load, according to the supplied information. Nvidia did not disclose financial terms for the partnerships. The companies involved include Firmus, Sharon AI, IREN, ResetData, Megaport, CDC, NextDC and AirTrunk. They will operate the AI facilities, while Nvidia will provide its DSX platform, accelerated computing technology, networking, software and ecosystem support.
