"Russia has been pursuing a policy of disinformation against Estonia for years, but we are immune to it because we know that Russia is an aggressor state. From this perspective, we educate our population, work with social media and information resources, and shut down harmful websites. It is also very important to disseminate truthful information," Tsahkna said. According to him, Russia wants to take control of the minds of Estonian citizens, but the authorities do not allow this to happen. The country is also learning a great deal from Ukraine.
