Sybiha on attack on Odesa region: Russia continues terror against civilians

The minister noted that a residential building was severely damaged, leaving civilian people injured. Sybiha called on all partners to strengthen Ukraine's air defense with additional systems and interceptors, and to impose tough sanctions on Russia's military-industrial complex. "Russian terrorists must be deprived of the capacity to produce these means of terror," Sybiha said. As reported, 35 people were injured in the Russian attack on the Odesa region.
