"A mine exploded in the Black Sea waters off Kobleve this afternoon. Unfortunately, a married couple – a 43-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman – were killed in the blast," Reshetilov said. According to him, their 16-year-old daughter was injured. She received medical assistance and will continue treatment on an outpatient basis. A 40-year-old woman was also injured and hospitalized in serious condition. Reshetilov stressed that the section of coastline where the tragedy occurred had been closed off, fenced off and marked with warnings about the mine danger. According to him, people crossed the barrier.
