As reported by Ukrinform, Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko announced this on Telegram . “Kyiv and Dnipro have decided to join forces to help Odesa, which is constantly coming under enemy attacks. Odesa is in urgent need of public transport, as the enemy has destroyed much of its rolling stock,” he wrote. Klitschko recalled that in October 2022, Kyiv provided Dnipro with 30 passenger buses for use as replacements for those destroyed in a Russian attack. “Now Odesa needs buses. So, Dnipro, as the city that used them, and Kyiv, which owns the vehicles, have jointly agreed to support the people of Odesa and send some of the buses – seven of them – to Odesa for use,” the Kyiv Mayor stressed.
