Zelensky says Russia launched 78 missiles, about 2,100 attack drones and 1,700 aerial bombs at Ukraine over past week

According to Ukrinform, President Volodymyr Zelensky reported this on Facebook . “This week alone, Russia launched about 2,100 drones at Ukraine. A significant portion of them were jet-powered ‘Shaheds,’ which the Russians are using to try to cripple the economy and destroy people’s lives. The enemy also deployed nearly 1,700 guided aerial bombs and 78 missiles of various types,” the head of state noted. According to him, on the night of and in the morning of Sunday, September 13, there were strikes on the energy sector, Ukrzaliznytsia, businesses, and ordinary residential buildings. Odesa was attacked with missiles and drones. Zelensky noted that recovery efforts are ongoing in many western regions following the nighttime strikes.
