Biletskyi also announced significant improvements in certain areas. “The Ukrainian front has every chance to hold advantageous defensive lines – the so-called ‘belt of fortress cities’ – and also improve its position in some areas of the Donetsk front. We will soon demonstrate the first results, which will be indisputable,” Biletskyi said.
