UBS analysts led by A.J. Rice surveyed 166 benefits managers at companies with more than 100 employees. The research covered insurers’ competitive standing, expected medical and prescription-drug costs, benefit priorities and purchasing plans for next year. Elevance (ELV [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ELV]), which operates Blue Cross Blue Shield plans in 14 states, received the highest overall score at 4.
