(RTTNews) - The Indonesia stock market has finished lower in three straight sessions, surrendering almost 150 points or 2.4 percent in that span. The Jakarta Composite Index now rests just above the 6,540-point plateau although it's expected to open higher on Monday. The global forecast for the Asian markets is positive on easing oil prices and likely bargain hunting. The European and U.S. markets were up and the Asian bourses are expected to open in similar fashion. The JCI finished modestly lower on Friday as losses from the finance, resource and infrastructure companies were mitigated by support from the energy stocks. For the day, the index sank 47.96 points or 0.73 percent to finish at 6,541.38 after trading between 6,462.96 and 6,552.79.
