Jim Cramer called CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWD) a stock investors need to own, as CEO George Kurtz warned that artificial intelligence is fueling a new breed of "machine-speed" cyberattacks and said that strong defenses against the technology are more urgent than any industry-wide slowdown. The Threat Landscape Has Fundamentally Changed Kurtz, in a post on X on Sunday, said frontier labs will keep advancing regardless of any single lab's restraint, so cybersecurity's job is to make that progress safe rather than slower, in response to Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei's urging an industry-wide slowdown.
