(TNYA) announced the FDA has granted Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy designation to TN-401, Tenaya's gene therapy candidate for the treatment of PKP2-associated arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy. Tenaya's RMAT application included data presented at the American Society for Gene and Cell Therapy Annual Meeting in May 2026.
