(RTTNews) - Canadian miner Star Diamond Corp. (GOC.F) on Monday announced the appointment of Jean-Raymond Boulle II as chief executive officer, effective October 1, 2026. Boulle will succeed Lester Kemp, who has served as interim CEO since November 2025 and will remain with the company in an advisory role. Boulle has leadership experience in MedTech and Biotech ventures and as well as in diamond mining operations in Angola and Namibia.
