SPCX is increasingly leaning on the compute-renting business model as a key pillar of its drive toward a $100 billion annualized revenue run rate (ARR) by the end of 2026. The strategy allows SPCX to monetize its rapidly expanding AI infrastructure by renting compute capacity to external customers rather than relying solely on internally developed AI products. The latest boost came from a new hosting agreement expected to generate roughly $1.11 billion per month or about $13 billion on an annualized basis beginning Dec. 1, 2026.
