“There was a briefing today from Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi on a new milestone achieved by our manufacturers: another interceptor designed to counter Russian jet-powered drones has been successfully tested. A Shahed was successfully intercepted, but some aspects of the interceptor’s guidance need to be refined. We are continuing the work — more time is still needed,” Zelensky said. He noted that together with Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara, he discussed “further military operations and our long-range capabilities.” The President said that together with Khmara and Drapatyi, he had identified the next priority targets, the resources required for this purpose, and the necessary preparations.
