Medics provided him with assistance and prescribed outpatient treatment. Law enforcement officers documented the aftermath, collected and seized material evidence, and, under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, documented another Russian war crime. As Ukrinform reported, three people were injured in the Mykolaiv region on September 9 as a result of an enemy attack on port infrastructure .
