The draft budget allocates UAH 4 trillion 885 billion for defense alone. This is almost 44% of GDP. In addition, our partners provide us with material and technical assistance. This includes missiles, weapons, equipment, ammunition, strike capabilities, and more,” he said. “We expect this assistance to amount to at least UAH 1 trillion, which is even more than this year. However, I want to emphasize that the needs of the Defense Forces for 2027 are significantly higher. The cost of the war is increasing. We are working to finalize the precise calculations,” the post says.
