(FTAI) announced that its board of directors has authorized and approved a new share repurchase program, allowing the company to repurchase up to $500 million of its outstanding ordinary shares. The program will remain in effect until the earlier of the completion of the repurchases or September 30, 2029. FTAI stated that it expects to fund the buybacks using cash on its balance sheet, underscoring confidence in its financial position and long-term strategy.
