How will people vote when children cannot go to school? How can elections be held when 9 million people are abroad? Usually, about half a million people vote from abroad. And what do we do with people living in the temporarily occupied areas? Will they vote? How will they vote, and who will oversee the voting process there? There are Russian soldiers there,” the President said.
