Brent crude futures slipped 0.8% to $107.89 a barrel, while WTI crude futures were down 1.2% at $104.52. The benchmark DAX was up 14.15 points or 0.06% at 25,437.60 a few minutes past noon. The index had advanced to 25,526.70 earlier. Hochtief moved up 3.2%. RWE gained 2.
