Calian, SkyFall Sign Unmanned Systems Partnership

(RTTNews) - Canadian mission-critical solutions company Calian Group Ltd. (CLNFF, CGY.TO) and Ukrainian defence technology firm Skyfall, announced on Wednesday that they have signed a strategic agreement to advance unmanned systems training and operational readiness for Canada, the United Kingdom, NATO and the allied forces. The partnership combines SkyFall Academy, certified by Ukraine's Ministry of Defence, with Calian's global military training and simulation capabilities. Together they will design and deliver programs reflecting current operational realities and rapidly evolving unmanned technologies. On the OTC Markets, shares of Calian closed Tuesday's trading 4.04 percent higher at $59.76.
