Cuprina Prices 4.32 Mln Share Offering At $1.15/shr

(RTTNews) - Cuprina Holdings (Cayman) Ltd. (CUPR), a biomedical company, on Wednesday announced the pricing of its public offering of 4.32 million Class A ordinary shares at $1.15 per share. The offering is expected to close on or about September 17. The company said that the offering is expected to generate gross proceeds of about $4.97 million. The company has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 648,373 shares at the offering price.
