According to the agency's sources, the Syzran refinery halted operations on Tuesday, while the Saratov refinery stopped processing oil last Friday. Several facilities at the Syzran refinery were damaged in the drone attack, including its main AVT-6 crude oil distillation unit, with a capacity of 17,100 metric tonnes per day. The unit accounts for about 71% of the refinery's total processing capacity, the sources said. According to the sources, repairs at the refinery could take at least a month. The refinery's second crude oil distillation unit, AVT-5, has a capacity of 7,100 tonnes per day, or 29% of the facility's total capacity.
