The list of executives is still being reviewed and could change. Xi’s chief of staff, Cai Qi, is among senior officials reviewing potential participants for the September 24 state visit, the report said. The possible inclusion of Wang would come against significant trade barriers facing Chinese electric-vehicle makers in the U.S.
