Wednesday 9/16 Insider Buying Report: FTK, GIII

At Flotek Industries, a filing with the SEC revealed that on Friday, Director Matthew Wilks bought 1,319,493 shares of FTK, at a cost of $26.01 each, for a total investment of $34.32M. Wilks was up about 10.6% on the buy at the high point of today's trading session, with FTK trading as high as $28.75 in trading on Wednesday. Flotek Industries is trading up about 5% on the day Wednesday. This purchase marks the first one filed by Wilks in the past twelve months.
