Russians strike central Kropyvnytskyi, damaging homes and kindergarten, injuring four

Ukrinform reports this, citing Andrii Raikovych, head of the regional military administration, in a Telegram post. Three of those injured are receiving medical care at healthcare facilities. One woman declined hospitalization, according to Raikovych. Several private homes, a kindergarten, and a car were damaged. As previously reported by Ukrinform, on September 11, a farm in Oleksandriia district was damaged in a Russian drone attack. Three people were injured.
