Highlighting the tremendous growth of AI, the company believes the AI-memory opportunity is moving beyond selling faster chips. Its intended competitive advantage is to supply โ and jointly design โ complete, workload-optimized memory architectures, with 3D integration and advanced packaging as foundational technologies. Rather than just focusing heavily on its market-leading High-Bandwidth Memory ("HBM"), the South Korean company is expanding into highly specialized, tiered memory structures.
