Case involving Russian deputy defense minister referred to court in Ukraine

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General . “Prosecutors from the Office of the Prosecutor General have completed the pretrial investigation and referred an indictment to court against Russian Deputy Minister of Defense Kryvoruchko, who is charged with waging an aggressive war under Part 2 of Article 437 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the statement reads. Kryvoruchko was directly responsible for supplying the Russian army with weapons and military equipment used in the war against Ukraine.
