Russian military already faces infantry shortage, but situation is better than Ukraine's — Biletsky

Brigadier General Andrii Biletsky, commander of the Third Army Corps, made this statement during a television appearance, according to Ukrinform. “They [the Russians] are definitely better off with their infantry than we are; that’s a fact.
