The poll, Informed, Inspired, and Exhausted: Doomscrolling Negative Content and Well-being Among Young People Aged 13-24, finds that 88% of young people ages 13 to 24 engage in doomscrolling, and about half say the habit costs them more than an hour of sleep on the nights they doomscroll.
