(RTTNews) - Fortitude Mining Holdings, Inc., a digital asset miner, said on Thursday that it has appointed Jaime Leverton as chief executive officer with effect from September 21. Leverton will succeed Andrea Childs, who will transition to the role of chief operating officer. Leverton most recently led ReserveOne, an institutional digital asset management firm. Previously, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Hut 8 Corporation (HUT). Upon completion of Fortitude's previously announced merger with HeartSciences Inc. (HSCS), Leverton is expected to continue to serve as CEO of the combined company. The new company is anticipated to operate under the Fortitude brand and to trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol, TUDE.
