Troim was up about 2.8% on the purchase at the high point of today's trading session, with BORR trading as high as $4.42 in trading on Thursday. Borr Drilling is trading up about 4% on the day Thursday. Before this latest buy, Troim bought BORR on 6 other occasions during the past year, for a total cost of $19.49M at an average of $4.57 per share.
