Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson Military Administration, reported this on Telegram , according to Ukrinform. “The enemy continues to cynically target civilian infrastructure in Kherson. After 2:00 p.m., Russian occupiers dropped explosives from a drone onto the grounds of one of the city’s hospitals in the Korabelny district. Several official vehicles were damaged as a result of this attack,” Shanko said. As reported by Ukrinform, on September 17, the Russian army used drones, aircraft, and artillery to strike 40 settlements in the Kherson region, killing one person and injuring nine others.
