Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa Military Administration, reported this on Telegram , according to Ukrinform. “The enemy attacked the city. It struck a crowded area in downtown Odesa. An administrative building was damaged,” the message reads. The head of the Military Administration added that details of the attack are being investigated. Later, Lysak provided further details : “As of this moment, we know of three people injured as a result of the enemy attack on Odesa. One of them is in serious condition. All the injured have been hospitalized and are receiving the necessary medical care.” As reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops launched a massive attack on civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region, resulting in destruction and damage.
