Later, Lysak provided further details : “As of this moment, we know of three people injured as a result of the enemy attack on Odesa. One of them is in serious condition. All the injured have been hospitalized and are receiving the necessary medical care.” As reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops launched a massive attack on civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region, resulting in destruction and damage.
