Friday 9/18 Insider Buying Report: TFC, KRMN

As the saying goes, there are many possible reasons for an insider to sell a stock, but only one reason to buy -- they expect to make money. So let's look at two noteworthy recent insider buys. On Thursday, Truist Financial's CEO, Michael P. Lyons, made a $1.02M buy of TFC, purchasing 21,000 shares at a cost of $48.36 a piece. Truist Financial is trading trading flat on the day Friday. This purchase marks the first one filed by Lyons in the past year. And on Wednesday, David Stinnett purchased $1.01M worth of Karman Holdings, purchasing 27,000 shares at a cost of $37.32 a piece. Karman Holdings is trading up about 5.2% on the day Friday. Bargain hunters can snag KRMN at a price even lower than Stinnett did, with shares changing hands as low as $36.
