Bargain hunters are wise to pay careful attention to insider buying, because although there are many various reasons for an insider to sell a stock, presumably the only reason they would use their hard-earned dollars to make a purchase, is that they expect to make money. Today we look at two noteworthy recent insider buys. On Wednesday, Agree Realty's CEO, Joey Agree, made a $500,922 buy of ADC, purchasing 7,360 shares at a cost of $68.06 each. Agree Realty is trading up about 0.2% on the day Friday. Before this latest buy, Agree purchased ADC at 2 other times during the past twelve months, for a total investment of $1.25M at an average of $74.41 per share. And on Tuesday, CEO Jabbok Schlacks bought $444,504 worth of EQUIPMENTSHARE.
