SpaceX wins $946M NASA deal to extend ISS crew flights through 2030

The award brings SpaceX’s (SPCX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SPCX]) total NASA astronaut missions under the contract to 17 and raises its total value to $5.92 billion. The agency is relying heavily on SpaceX (SPCX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SPCX]) to maintain regular crew transportation to and from the station while seeking to preserve Boeing (BA [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/BA]) as a second US option.
