Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, stated this on Telegram , Ukrinform reports. "Russian forces targeted critical and social infrastructure and residential areas of settlements in the region, damaging five apartment buildings and seven private houses," the statement said. The occupying forces also damaged administrative buildings, shops, a cellular communications tower, an outbuilding, a gas pipeline, and private vehicles.
