This was reported on Telegram by Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform. Among those killed were four people in Balakliia and a 30-year-old man in the village of Lypkuvatіvka. The injured included eight people in Lypkuvatіvka and four in Balakliia, as well as three others in Velykyi Burluk and Slatyne. Russian forces attacked the region with missiles, guided aerial bombs, Molniya-type UAVs and FPV drones. Civilian infrastructure was damaged in Kharkiv and several districts of the region, including residential buildings, warehouses, a café, a preschool, an electric train and power infrastructure. As reported by Ukrinform, Russian forces launched a repeat strike on Balakliia, killing two people.
