A large-scale overnight drone attack on Moscow by Ukraine killed at least two people and damaged a major oil refinery, Moscow’s regional governor Andrey Vorobyov said Sunday — the last day of voting in Russia’s parliamentary elections. “Overnight, the Moscow Region was subjected to a massive drone attack,” said Vorobyov , adding that 400 people had been evacuated from an apartment building.
