"Following Russian drone attacks and artillery shelling, new power outages have been reported as of this morning in the Kherson, Kharkiv and Donetsk regions. Emergency restoration work is already underway wherever the security situation allows," the statement said. In the Ternopil region, 20 settlements were fully or partially without power as of the morning due to adverse weather conditions. Repair crews of the regional power distribution company are already restoring the damaged networks. Electricity consumption as of 09:30 on Monday was at the level recorded on the previous working day, September 18. Ukrenergo advised consumers to use electricity sparingly from 16:00 to 22:00.
