SPIE announces the launch of a sustainability-linked bond issue

SPIE SA Cergy, on 21 September 2026 SPIE announces the launch of a sustainability-linked bond issue. The proceeds of the issue of such bonds would be used by SPIE for general corporate purposes and the partial refinancing of the existing debt of the Group, including the outstanding Bonds Settled in Cash and/or Convertible into New Shares and/or Exchangeable for Existing Shares due January 17, 2028 (FR001400F2K3).
