Direct hit sets large part of Zaporizhzhia University building ablaze

Its walls have witnessed years of study, meetings, lectures, and important moments in university life. This night, the building suffered a direct hit,” the statement said. The university added that a significant part of the building was burned out. Educational buildings No. 4 and No. 5 were also damaged, with a large number of windows blown out. “The most important thing is that there are no casualties among students or university staff,” ZNU emphasized. An assessment of the damaged buildings and efforts to deal with the aftermath of the attack are currently underway.
