FM Wadephul: We must make Russia realize the need to end war

German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul made this statement before departing for New York to participate in the general debate of the 81st UN General Assembly, according to Ukrinform. The diplomat noted that during such important meetings, the discussion cannot be limited to merely taking stock of all crises, conflicts, and wars. All politically responsible figures must be prepared to seriously pursue every step—no matter how small—toward resolving the problem.
