Tech stocks are up amid renewed optimism about outlook for large AI hyperscalers. Energy stocks are under pressure. The major averages are all up with solid gains. The Dow is up 297.27 points or 0.58 percent at 51,979.91. The S&P 500 is up 95.95 points or 1.25 percent at 7,746.45, while the Nasdaq is up 489.84 points or 1.85 percent at 27,012.39.
