EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas said this on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly during a high-level special event dedicated to compliance with international humanitarian law and the protection of civilians in armed conflicts, Ukrinform reports. In her remarks, Kallas emphasized the threat of impunity and called on the international community to take decisive action against those who violate the law.
