Naftogaz, ORLEN agree on new supplies of LNG, oil products

"One of the documents provides for the supply of three shipments of liquefied natural gas in the first quarter of 2027. Additional LNG volumes, if necessary, will help meet Ukraine's needs during the period of peak seasonal consumption," the statement said. The second document provides for the supply of oil products to the Ukrainian market worth up to $500 million. This will further strengthen the stability of fuel supplies amid the global oil crisis caused by developments in the Middle East. The document also allows the parties to explore the possibility of supplying Ukrainian crude oil for processing at refineries in Central Europe.
