Ukraine, Romania to strengthen cooperation to ensure reliable transit of Ukrainian goods

Ukraine's First Deputy Minister for Restoration, Infrastructure and Transport Serhii Derkach announced this on Facebook , Ukrinform reports. According to Derkach, the memorandum on strengthening cooperation to ensure the reliable transit of Ukrainian goods is based on an updated strategy for developing the two countries' border infrastructure. It covers 17 border crossing points, including ten new proposals. The areas of joint work include the development and modernization of border crossing points and access roads, rail connections, simplifying border procedures, and increasing the capacity to transship Ukrainian cargo at Romanian ports.
