According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a Facebook post on the operational situation as of 8:00 on Tuesday, September 22. The enemy launched 87 airstrikes, dropping 305 guided aerial bombs. In addition, Russian forces deployed 9,647 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,795 shelling attacks on populated areas and Ukrainian troop positions. In the Sumy region, the settlements of Bachivsk, Ulanove, Tovstodubove, Kucherivka, Korchakivka, and Andriivka came under artillery fire. Russian forces also launched an airstrike on the area near the settlement of Pustohorod. Ukraine’s Air Force, missile forces and artillery struck one cluster of Russian personnel, three artillery systems and one command post.
